Hi! My name is Robert Rice and I am the proprietor of Praxis!
No, the above is not a personal portrait, still the likeness, is, well . . . not even close!
The beauty of the Internet is that allows the common man an uncommon voice. I have been wanting to do something like Praxis! for some time. The Internet makes it possible. I have been interested in theology since coming to Christ in October of 1984. I've posted an article concerning my conversion elsewhere on this site called Final Exam. I worked in Aviation for about ten years as an aircraft refueler. It was there that through the loving prayers of my friends and family that I finally received Christ. I went on to Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida where I earned a Bachelors degree in Philosophy/Religion. At Eckerd, I had my first real encounters with liberal theology. However, an even larger dose was to await me at Emory University where I earned a Master's Degree in Theological Studies. Much of what Praxis! is comes from my experience there.
I was born on the ninth of April, 1958. I am not married (who knows why) and I live in Bethany, Oklahoma.
